
ECHA Overview
Established in 1969, the Essex County Highway Association (ECHA) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to enhancing municipal infrastructure and quality of life in Essex County, Massachusetts. Its membership is geared toward public works professionals in the 32 cities and towns that comprise Essex County, as well as consultants and vendors that provide services and products in support of wide-ranging public works improvement projects.

From educational events and trade shows to Young Professional (YP) programs, and social events like our annual Summer Meeting and Golf Tournament, we provide a variety of ways for our members to build new relationships and advance both their projects and professional careers.
