SCHOLARSHIP REQUIREMENTS AND ADDRESS
The ECHA is once again pleased to offer the Essex County Highway Association Scholarship for 2024.

 

The scholarship will be announced this year at the ECHA Summer Meeting to be held on June 6, 2024. In order to be considered, applicants must meet all eligibility requirements.

 

Click here for the 2024 scholarship application. The application must be filled out completely and returned or delivered no later than May 10, 2024.
